Silverlight 4 and WPF 4 Multi-Touch Manipulation

Hey .. I am new to silverlight and I really like this control .. I have had no problem adding all of my pictures to the canvas but no so lucky with the vids ... So I have two questions

1. How to add a video .. I changes the URL that pointed to (I thought) Big Buck Bunny to my video and all I get is a black square (The Video Background)
2. HOw to make the pictures appear randomly in a pile on the canvas ... I did figure out the X,Y coordinates thing but I did know if there was an easier way
