WP71 missing MultiTouch.ManipulationLib.Silverlight4

Hi,

I added MultiTouch.Behaviors.Silverlight.WP71.csproj to my WP71 project.
This project reffers to MultiTouch.ManipulationLib.Silverlight4.csproj but I can't add this to my solution (this project is not supported by this installation) - I only have VS 2010 Express for Windows Phone.

Where do I find the compiled dll (MultiTouchLib)?
